We carefully prepare each Manye Rituals order before it begins its journey to you. Below is a quick overview of our current shipping and return terms for eligible U.S. orders.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states and the District of Columbia). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Shipping Time

After shipment, estimated delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 12–19 business days from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carriers, weather, or seasonal shipping volume.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For eligible U.S. orders shipped through our standard shipping service, customs clearance and applicable import duties and taxes are included. Under normal circumstances, customers are not required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number by email. Please allow several days for tracking information to become active.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Natural Materials & Handmade Variation

Manye Rituals pieces are handcrafted with natural materials. Small variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, and size are part of their individual character and are not considered defects.
