Refund policy

At Manye Rituals, each piece is carefully prepared and handcrafted with intention. Please review our policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, production preparation and material sourcing may have already begun. In this case, cancellation requests may be approved with a 10% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending a return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and our designated return address in China.

Natural Material & Handmade Variations

Due to the nature of handmade jewelry and natural materials, the following characteristics are not considered defects:

• Natural variations in crystal color, pattern, inclusions, and texture
• Slight size differences in handmade products
• Minor variations between product photos and actual items
• Color differences caused by screen settings or lighting conditions

These characteristics do not qualify as defects. However, unused items that otherwise meet our standard return requirements may still be returned within the 14-day return period.
